Security Guard - Static & Mobile - Class 1A Static Guard, Mobile Patrol Officer &  1G Loss Prevention Officer

This course provides you with all of the basic knowledge required to commence work as an unarmed static, mobile patrol guard or loss prevention officer. The course covers all of the basic entry level requirements for a Class 1A or 1G security guard and is a mandatory requirement for new entrants to the industry.

At the end of this course you will be able to apply for a Provisional Licence and will be able to commence work. Once you receive your Provisional Licence you have 12 months to complete the additional training required for an unrestricted 1A licence.

PREREQUISITE

No person may commence security training if they had had any criminal record within the past 10 years. (AVO's, parking fines, infringements and driving offences including DUI's are exempt) Please refer to the FACT SHEET on our website.

A literacy and numeracy entrance test is a prerequisite for all applicants.
