A monitoring centre or Graded Central Station is a secure facility that monitors commercial and domestic alarm systems and dispatch emergency services such as Police, Fire, Ambulance and other security personnel such as mobile patrol officers to alarm activations. The course covers all of the basic entry level requirements for a Class 1E security licence and is a mandatory requirement for new entrants to the monitoring sector of the security industry. Target Audience: The complete course is designed for those persons who wish to work in a security monitoring centre or Graded Central Station. Duration: 52 Hours – 6 Days & 1 Evening (once per month) Course Fee: $600 (cash, cheque, money order, visa or mastercard) Target Audience: The evening course is for *qualified guards who wish to work in a monitoring centre or Grade 1 Central Station. Duration: 4 Hours – 1 Evening (once per month) 6.00pm - 10.00pm.
