The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) sets out the standards for the processes for RPL and those that the RTO relies on its credibility and continued accreditation. What is an RPL?RPL is an assessment process that assesses each individual's formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual has achieved the required learning outcomes. An RPL is a process whereby the security guard collects sufficient documentary evidence from both the workplace as well as previous training, in order to satisfy an assessor that they are competent in all the units of competency required for a Certificate II or Certificate III in Security Operations.
